Recruiters may sometimes feel overwhelmed by the amount of applicants they have to screen, as well as trying to figure out the best interview schedules for those looking to move on to the next step. Applicants, on the other hand, don’t appreciate delays in receiving responses from companies. Sometimes, not hearing anything from those companies dampens their hopes of moving up in their career ladder. These were some of the problems Talkpush identified, and these are what Talkpush aims to solve.
With an intimate and interactive set-up at Common Ground 8 Rockwell, Talkpush’s panel of speakers shared a vast pool of insights to interested participants looking to progress their recruitment game even more. By maximizing what current technology has to offer, not only are you eliminating headaches, you’re also minimizing the chances of someone from either end having a terrible experience. We’ve all been there, and it’s not something we’d want to go through again. Down the road, Talkpush aims to further ease the process, something that recruiters and applicants can all look forward to.
